Delete your Tutornet account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. This can’t be undone.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Tutornet and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email admin@tutornet.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Tutornet account”. We’ll confirm within 30 days.

What happens to your data

We delete your account, profile, photo, verification files and the data linked to your account. A few things are kept, as explained in the Privacy Policy:

  • purchase, payout and tax records we must keep by law;
  • records of agreements you accepted and of safety reports, to handle disputes and legal claims;
  • messages and shared notes stay visible to the other people in them, without your profile.
